1. Destination

   The Online Shop can only be used for goods to be delivered within the United Kingdom. For other destinations please contact our Sales Office.

2. Price of Goods

   All prices are Retail Prices and are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate.

3. How do I Order and Pay?

   By using our secure online order form or by telephoning the office direct.

4. Secure On Line Credit Card Transactions

   This security certificate is intended to guarantee the identity of the remote computer

5. Delivery

   Where we have goods in stock we aim send them on the day the order is received if this is before 12 noon. Otherwise they will be despatched the next working day. If not in stock the goods will be despatched as soon as possible. If this is more than 5 working days we will let you know and you have the right to cancel.

   The delivery charges are for next working day delivery (working day excludes Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays) and the order needs to be received before 12 noon for delivery the next working day. Charges are: £4.00 for goods value up to £20, £7.00 for goods value from £20.01 up to £60, £12.00 for goods above £60. (These prices include VAT.)

6. Cancellation.

   If you are contracting as a consumer you are entitled to cancel this Contract and receive a full refund for any reason at any time in the seven working days after the Goods are delivered to you. During that period you should take reasonable care of the Goods, including storing them in dry conditions and refraining from using them.
